I need to change the WiFi setting in my Slide device (for example: because I moved house)
Currently, you will need to factory reset the device in order to change the WiFi credentials, please note we'll add an option the change the WiFi credentials within the app in a future update.
In order to factory reset the device, you have two options: 1) if your Slide is currently connected to the home network it was connected to before and can be reached via the app, go into the slide app and select the gear icon, top right corner and press factory reset. Option 2, if your Slide is no longer connected to the home network and therefore no longer has an internet connection, you will need to complete step 1 but additionally and also physically reset the Slide device. There is a reset button at the bottom of the Slide device next to the power supply. You will need to find a small pin or a similar object that will fit in and press the reset button for at least 15 seconds.
