I can't see Slide's WiFi network

First, please check if the LED light of Slide is pulsating. 
If it is, please unplug Slide's power source and plug it back in. Now scan again for WiFi networks. 

If Slide is not pulsating, it will not be visible in your WiFi settings. In this case, you will need to factory reset Slide. To do so, please follow these steps: 

Step 1: Unplug the power cord of Slide, then plug it back in.
The light at the bottom of Slide will (start to) blink at least once. 

2. The reset button is placed in an opening on the bottom of Slide, opposite the opening with the light. Use something like a paperclip to push and hold the reset button for at least 10 seconds. Slide will return to factory settings and the light will start pulsating (going on and off slowly). The hard reset is now complete.

Step 3: Please restart the installation flow in the app from the beginning, starting where you put in your device code. You can find the device code on the 'Welcome Sheet' and on top of Slide.
