I completed the installation but cannot see Slide in the list
We've had reports from users that their Slide cannot be seen in the app even though they completed the entire installation, including the last step of naming the Slide.
There are two possible reasons for this.
First of all, check if all your Slides are plugged in. We've discovered a bug that makes Slides seemingly disappear at random if one of the Slides in the household is offline.
Secondly, sometimes the zone is not stored correctly during the on-boarding process. You can fix this by doing the following:
Go to the detailed page of a Slide. Then swipe left or right until you see the Slide your are looking for. It will say that its zone is 'unknown'. If you select the gear icon in the top right, you should be able to give it a zone. After this, Slide will be visible again.
