Completed installation but cannot see Slide in the list

We've discovered that some of our users have reported their Slides cannot be seen in the app even though completely passing the installation including the last step of naming the Slide.

This might have two causes,

First of all check if all your Slides are plugged in. We've discovered a bug that makes Slides seemingly random disappear if one of the Slide in the household is offline. 

Secondly, sometimes the zone is not stored correctly during the on-boarding process. You can fix this by doing the following:

Go to a detailed page of a Slide. Then swipe left or right and you will probably see him. However, it will say its zone is 'unknown'. If you select the gear icon in the top right, you should be able to give it a zone again. After this, Slide will be visible again.
